2. What data we collect
- Contact form — if you send a message, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) in order to answer your inquiry.
- Technical data — the server may store standard logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Anti-spam protection — the contact form normally uses Cloudflare Turnstile and may use Google reCAPTCHA as a fallback. The selected provider analyses technical browser/device signals and the server validates its short-lived token. This may include processing the IP address and setting a strictly necessary risk-analysis cookie (for reCAPTCHA:

- Answering your inquiry and contact — based on your action aimed at concluding a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (point f).
- Statistics and improving the site — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Security and logs — based on the controller's legitimate interest (point f).
4. Cookies
The site uses necessary browser storage for language selection and anti-spam protection (including the _GRECAPTCHA cookie if the reCAPTCHA fallback is used) and — after your consent — Google Analytics analytics cookies. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent disables further measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies available to this site.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (provider: Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyze traffic. The tool starts only after you give consent. You can also install an add-on that blocks Google Analytics: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Data recipients
Data may be entrusted to trusted entities that support the operation of the site, email, analytics, and anti-spam verification (hosting and email providers, Google Ireland Ltd. for Analytics and — when used — reCAPTCHA, and Cloudflare, Inc. for Turnstile). We do not sell your data.
7. Retention period
We keep correspondence for the time necessary to handle the matter and any cooperation. Statistical data is stored according to Google Analytics settings.

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, transfer it, object, and withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
