Technician, developer and one point of accountability.
Meet Mateusz Kwiatkowski — a developer and technician connecting AI, websites, servers and hands-on IT infrastructure.
No call centre or ticket hand-offs. You contact the person who knows your system.
I am Mateusz Kwiatkowski. For over five years I have combined software development, server administration and hands-on IT infrastructure. That means I do not stop at a visual design or isolated configuration — I understand the whole system and its dependencies.
I work directly with business owners and private clients. I explain decisions in plain language and do not sell unnecessary components. If a topic is outside my scope or I see a simpler solution, I say so straight away.
My work runs in two modes. Projects: a website or application with its infrastructure, a VPS server, an AI agent deployment, a camera system or a network rebuilt from scratch. And day-to-day support: tickets, failures, new workstations, backups and data recovery — everything that simply has to keep working.
I serve private clients and companies on the same terms. A single home computer is handled like a dozen office workstations: diagnosis, clear scope and price, then the work and a check of the result. I am based near Grodków and travel across the region, while software and server projects run remotely across Poland.
