Clarity first. Decision second.
Answers about quotes, AI deployments, websites, servers, on-site visits, security and support after launch.
01Is the first consultation and quote free?
Yes. We first define the need and scope. If I can help, you receive a quote before any work begins.
02What happens after my first message?
I will tell you whether the topic is within my scope, ask for the essential details and propose one clear next step. You do not need to prepare a technical brief.
03Do you work with private clients or only companies?
Both, on the same terms. A single home computer is handled exactly like a dozen office workstations — the scale differs, the way of working does not.
04How much does IT help cost?
It depends on scope and time. After you describe the problem I give a range, and after the diagnosis a specific price. Work starts only once you accept it, so the bill is never a surprise.
05Do I have to decide immediately after the conversation?
No. The conversation and quote are non-binding. You receive clear information and decide at your own pace, without pressure.
06Do you provide on-site support?
Yes, across Grodków, Nysa, Brzeg, Opole, Prudnik, Strzelin, Głuchołazy, Otmuchów, Paczków, Niemodlin and nearby towns. Many issues can also be resolved remotely.
07How quickly can you take the job?
Urgent tickets are usually handled the same day, often remotely within minutes. For planned visits I give a specific day rather than a vague week.
08Can you help remotely?
Yes. System, email and account configuration and many everyday problems are solved remotely. Hardware, cabling, networks and installations require a visit.
09Do I have to sign a contract or pay a subscription?
No. You can report a single issue, order a one-off clean-up or arrange ongoing care. The model follows how often you actually need support.
10Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Every service is documented — companies receive an invoice with their business details, private clients a payment confirmation.
11Do I need my own server or domain?
No. I can handle the domain, DNS, server, SSL, database, business email and backups end to end.
12How much does a website cost?
A simple business card site costs differently than a shop or a site with a panel. The price depends on the number of views, features and materials — I quote individually and free of charge.
13How long does a website take?
A simple site usually takes one to two weeks once the materials are ready. Larger projects depend mainly on how quickly content is approved.
14Do you guarantee first place in Google?
No — and nobody honest will. I am responsible for technical quality, content, structure and business data, which genuinely influence rankings. Results are shown in Search Console, not on screenshots.
15How long does SEO take and how will I see results?
Technical fixes show within weeks; visibility usually grows after three to six months of consistent work. I connect Search Console and Analytics so you can see impressions, clicks and positions yourself.
16Do you optimise websites built by someone else?
Yes. I start with an audit and say plainly whether fixes on the existing site are enough or whether rebuilding it on solid foundations is cheaper.
17Do you handle the Google Business Profile?
Yes. Setup, categories, service area, photos, hours and a routine for collecting reviews are part of local visibility work — for city-based queries it often matters more than the website itself.
18How is a custom application different from a website?
A website presents your offer; an application does the work: it processes data, handles logins and permissions, connects to devices and records history.
19What does a custom app or panel cost, and is there a subscription?
The first version is quoted as a closed scope once screens and integrations are agreed. There is no subscription for the application itself — the recurring cost is usually the server and domain.
20Can you connect the app to my devices or cameras?
If they expose an API, an RTSP stream or another standard interface — yes. I check what is possible before quoting and say plainly where an integration would be limited.
21Can an AI agent work with my company data?
Yes, after defining the data sources, permissions and security rules. The design keeps humans in control of critical actions and limits the agent to approved materials.
22Do you repair private hardware or only company equipment?
Both. A home laptop and an office computer follow the same process: diagnosis, scope and price, then the repair.
23Is it worth repairing a computer that is a few years old?
It depends on the fault and the condition of the remaining parts. After the diagnosis I compare the repair or upgrade cost with a new machine and say when replacement makes more sense.
24Do you install cameras in private homes?
Yes. Home, flat and garage systems follow the same process as business installations — what differs is the number of cameras and how long recordings are kept.
25Is cloud sync enough as a backup?
Not always. Sync can replicate a deletion or an encryption, so versioning, retention and a copy separated from the source computer matter.
26Can email be migrated without losing messages?
Yes. Migration is planned in stages with a data copy beforehand, and after the switch I verify messages, contacts, calendars and the domain configuration.
27Wi‑Fi does not reach part of my house — can that be fixed?
Usually yes. I measure the real coverage and its cause, then propose the smallest effective change: moving the router, an extra access point, mesh or a short cable run.
28Am I left alone with the system after launch?
No. Monitoring, updates, backups, further development and user support are available in whatever scope we agree.
29What if my topic is outside your scope?
I will say so straight away and, where I can, point to a simpler or cheaper solution. I would rather decline than take on something I cannot do well.
Let's see whether there is a good solution.
You do not need to prepare a technical brief. Describe the situation in your own words — the first conversation and quote are free and non-binding.
