How is this different from a website?
A website presents your offer; an application does the work: it processes data, handles sign-in, controls devices, and records history.
Can we start with a small version?
Yes, and that is how I usually work. The first version covers one process, and we plan the rest once it proves itself.
Can you connect the app to my devices?
If they expose an API, an RTSP stream, or another standard interface — yes. I check what is possible before quoting.
